We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Risk Process Junior Contributor to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the implementation and management of IT risk processes, ensuring that risks associated with our IT infrastructure and services are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated effectively. You will work closely with various teams to align risk management efforts with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing?
Support in Risk Identification and Assessment: assist in identifying and assessing IT-related risks, ensuring they are managed in accordance with ITSM framework
Risk Reporting and Documentation: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of detailed reports and documentation
Incident Monitoring and Analysis: Help monitor IT incidents, assess their potential impact on operations, and support the development of strategies to address vulnerabilities in line with regulatory expectations
Third-Party Risk Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure that external providers meet DORA-compliant ICT risk management standards
Support in Compliance Testing: Assist in conducting resilience testing, including scenario analysis and stress testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of current IT risk controls
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to IT risk management and operational resilience, sharing insights to help enhance organisational processes
Skills you should have
1+ years in fintech or digital banking, blending financial, commercial and technical expertise
Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
Understanding of IT risk management frameworks and DORA compliance
Analytical thinking and strong documentation skills
Familiarity with incident response and IT governance principles
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English
