WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Students of last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation with a Finance/Business/Accounting/Economics etc. background, - Preferably candidates available for 30h+ a week,
- Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English,
- Computer users, comfortable with using MS Office (especially MS Excel would be a strong asset),
- Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills,
- Individuals be able to prioritize responsibilities and presenting attention to details,
WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

Paid internship for duration of 12 months, - Flexible working time - you can easily combine internship with studies
- Deep dive in the finance controlling activities, such as controlling of month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting using the global tool, reconciliations, finance master data maintenance,
- Participation in standardization projects and implementation of the best approaches,
- Unique opportunity to have a dedicated scope, which supports team’s day-to-day operations and decision-making,
- Participation in the trainings and access to materials on the finance controlling process in PMI, budgeting tool functionalities, master data structure and others,
- Daily contact with people from all around the world,
- A chance to see the nature of corporate world and working in a multinational environment with a team of specialists,
- Possibility to use and practice English each day.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Support preparation of budget and forecast for different types of cost using PMI budgeting tools and reporting solutions, - Revision of internal documents,
- Extracts relevant information and perform data validation,
- Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports,
- Supporting senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various finance tools,
- Acquiring knowledge of accounting transactions,
- Collaborate within department helping with other financial tasks,
