WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-
Students of last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation with a Human Resources, Administration etc. background, - Preferably candidates available for 30h+ a week,
- Candidate with the ability to work full time from the office,
- Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English,
- Computer users, comfortable with using MS Office,
- Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills,
- Individuals be able to prioritize responsibilities and presenting attention to details,

Paid internship for duration of 12 months, - Flexible working time - you can easily combine internship with studies

- Possibility to use and practice English each day.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Participation in processes and documentation flows related to all the employee lifecycle events
- Learning of Labor Law and PMI procedures and collaborating with Employee Care team (EC) helping correct and timely data processing
- Participation in Local and global initiatives/projects
- Support of New Hires Administration for PL entities, participation in onboarding of new hires, ensuring completeness of hiring-related documents and creating employees’ files
- Support in maintaining all employee personal & employment life cycle documents in personal files to the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality and consistency, in line with local legislation
- Supporting the process of checking the validity of employee periodic examinations
- Daily work with other administrative tasks
