• Manage the IT infrastructure, including large-scale physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability (HA), performance, and scalability.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and storage infrastructure (both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments).
  
• Configure critical services such as web services, file systems, clustering, and load balancing (LB) to ensure efficient infrastructure operation.
  
• Automate infrastructure management tasks using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform, enhancing system performance and reliability.
  
• Ensure the security of infrastructure by implementing robust security policies and maintaining system integrity, including patch management.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions that support application deployments.
  
• Support migration projects between on-premises and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), ensuring seamless integration and transition.
  
• Administer tools such as Microsoft System Center (VMM, SCCM, Orchestrator), and ensure proper monitoring of systems for diagnostics and issue resolution.
  
• Automate administrative tasks through scripting languages such as Power Shell and Bash to streamline operations.
  
• Optimize infrastructure performance with a focus on high availability (HA) and disaster recovery, using virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
  
• Maintain and integrate various infrastructure components with cloud environments, ensuring smooth operations in hybrid and multicloud setups.
  
• Define infrastructure standards, monitor compliance, and continuously optimize management practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar infrastructure management or architect role.
  
• Experience in large-scale organizations managing complex, high-volume infrastructure environments and working on large-scale projects is a must.
  
• Strong experience in Windows Server administration, with a focus on high availability and clustering technologies.
  
• Solid experience with virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V and VMware, as well as physical server management (blade, rack types from Dell, HPE, Lenovo).
  
• Proficiency in using automation tools like Ansible, Orchestrator, and Jenkins.
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange (both on-premises and online).
  
• Strong scripting skills using Power Shell and Bash.
  
• Knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Manager for antivirus administration.
  
Higher education in IT or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and fluent Polish.

• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and load balancing solutions such as F5.
  
• Familiarity with MS SQL databases and version control systems (Git, SVN).
  
• Experience working in a Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops environment, with a focus on CI/CD integration.
