For our Global ICT Department we are currently looking for an Identity & Access Lead.
Identity & Access Lead will be responsible for the implementation of the new Identity Management tool. This role requires a deep understanding of best practices for user management, including: full user/account lifecycle, review processes for externals, review processes for permissions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IAM systems, strong analytical skills, strong collaboration skills and firm belief on automation. The project will involve many different stakeholders so it is key to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Identity & Access Lead will be responsible for the implementation of the new Identity Management tool. The project will involve many different stakeholders so it is key to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IAM System: Oversee and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms and services (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning optimally.
- User Lifecycle Management: Administer user access, onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, ensuring proper provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts.
- Identity Governance: Work with cross-functional teams to design and enforce governance frameworks and identity role models across the organization.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes and controls, and generate reports for senior management on access risks, incidents, and compliance gaps.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with IT and security teams on IAM-related projects and system upgrades.
- HRIS Projects & Collaboration: Lead and drive integration projects in collaboration with the HRIS team, ensuring the seamless integration of the HR system with other critical systems (e.g., Payroll, AD, Finance, ERP etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in identity and access management, with a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks.
- Demonstrated skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of IAM solutions such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Sail Point, Beyond Trust, Cyber Ark, or similar is required.
- Strong knowledge of IAM standards, such as NIST Framework, capabilities like SCIM, RBAC, HBAC and review processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute IAM projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in a complex environment.
