As a Human Resource function, we help our people be the best version of themselves, offering resources and tools, coaching, learning, and development opportunities. As our Human Resources Generalist, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Working closely with the HR SSC of Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Poland S.A team to provide required documents such as job contracts, annexes etc. to employees on time and in line with the labor law
- Managing HR documentation flow
- Coordinating time & attendance process
- Supporting development and update of HR documentation such as policies and procedures
- Taking care of communication to employees about current processes or upcoming changes and needed actions
- Ensures all employees’ files are updated with any changes, and relevant parties are informed
- Managing monthly headcount reporting, turnover reports and other ad hoc reports as required
- Managing HR systems
- Coordinating health and safety training in cooperation with external vendor HR SSC Opening Solutions Poland S.A.
- Cooperating with benefits providers
- Conducting exit interviews
- Cooperating with the Talent Acquisition Team to support effective recruitment process
- Delivering induction training to all new starters
- Supporting organization of training in line with the trainings needs
- Updating training systems
- Supporting positive employee relations
- Supporting Performance Management roll out
- Supporting employee survey
- Taking part in HR projects as appropriate
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other divisions (present on site) to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the local staff
- Participating in internal and external audits as required (e.g., ISO 9001)
What we will love about your background:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders on all levels in the organization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Enova or ADP would be a plus
Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in HR, Administration or Psychology) or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail
- 3-5 years HR experience
- A good knowledge of Polish employment legislation
- Can work on own initiative and in a fast-paced environment
