• Employee Life Cycle: you will handle employee files and basic Workforce Development activities, mostly working with our internal system Workday.
• Payroll: you will manage several payroll tasks such as obtaining payroll-related documentation, securing signatures for employees, performing basic document controls, and preparing data for payroll external vendors, among others, exposure to EMEA payrolls and local country labor legislation.
• Learning & Development: you will assist with the delivery of the EMEA training agenda and with the EMEA onboarding process by managing various administrative tasks. You will also have interactions with various stakeholders to solicit their input on different matters and create promotional L&D content for our internal info-sharing platform.

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (including but not limited to Economical, Accounting, Technical graduate programs for interns joining the Payroll team, and HR-oriented graduate programs for interns joining the ELC and L&D teams).
• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage (e.g. French, German, Dutch).
• You are interested in developing your skills in one of the areas that we offer and want to kick start your career in the corporate environment.
• You have basic familiarity with the MS Office suite.
• You are available at least 20 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 12 months (maximum 18 months).
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
