• Managing debt collection of the account receivables portfolio, including frequent contacts with the customers’ account payables department.
• Monitoring the credit block process and making decisions about order release.
• Resolving disputed items in customers’ accounts in collaboration with various departments such as sales, customer service and pricing.

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Economics).
• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can communicate fluently in English and German (written and spoken).
• You are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in the credit area.
• You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• You are available at least 30 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 12 months (maximum 18 months).
• Possibility of employment after completion of the internship program.
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
