We are looking for a Freelancer to join our team and take full responsibility for the recruitment process for an AI project. If the collaboration is successful, we are open to continuing with future projects.

- Managing the entire recruitment process (from requirement analysis to final offer negotiations).
- Creating and publishing job ads on various platforms.
- Actively sourcing candidates through social networks, databases, and other channels.
- Conducting initial interviews.
- Collaborating with the HR team and project managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with the IT market and the ability to identify key technical competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with online recruitment tools (Linked In, Git Hub, etc.).
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Knowledge of AI will be an additional asset.
