Your Tasks

• End-to-end controlling & reporting for our company: You will take responsibility for controlling our company figures and create a sound basis for decision-making for our business areas and the management.
• Operational controlling at project level: You will be responsible for the operational controlling of our agency projects to ensure the profitability, efficiency and proper billing of our services.
• System maintenance and further development of Business Central: In BC, you manage all accounts receivable and payable processes and ensure that the system is optimally aligned with our requirements. You will work closely with your colleagues from Finance and Operations.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development: You will use Power BI to create meaningful dashboards and analyses, which you will continuously develop to keep an eye on current and relevant KPIs. Here you will build on a solid foundation that still leaves space for your ideas.
• Process optimization and interface management: You ensure seamless processes in the agency and optimize processes within the finance department as well as with other teams. You will create structures that make collaboration more efficient and transparent.
• Direct cooperation with the management and our Finance and Operations colleagues to jointly develop the strategic direction of the agency.

Your qualifications

• Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or comparable qualification,
• Experience (2+ years) in operational controlling and reporting, ideally in a service environment,
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Business Central),
• Initial experience with Power BI is desirable,
• Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented way of working,
• Independent and courageous way of working as well as strong communication skills and willingness to change.
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Nice to have: German language
