Financial Business Controller Warszawa / hybrid / remote
Your responsibilities:
Operational controlling - controlling the performance of the logistics centres
Execution of financial processes and reports within the agreed deadlines and according to the required standards
Preparation of data for sales invoices based on the open book model and in accordance with the contract
Preparation and monitoring of the realisation of the annual budgets of the centres
Preparation of data, presentations and analyses for the organisation
Working closely with the operations department in preparing reports and developing financial forecasts
Close cooperation with the accounting department
Identification of business risks
Visits to logistics centres
Participation in the development of IT solutions and tools to improve the work of the controlling department
Candidate profile:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Controller or similar position
University degree: economics/finance
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of VBA would be an advantage)
Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, financial and management accounting
Knowledge of MS Access, MS Power BI would be an advantage
Willingness to travel (also outside Poland),
Knowledge of English at min. B2
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking and meticulousness
Ability to organise own work, initiative and commitment
