Electrical Engineering Lead
Responsibilities:
Requirements:

- Verify Engineering Change Requests
- Implement technical changes via the Engineering Change Management process in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
- Create and update product technical documentation
- Support the Quality department in technical analysis for Nonconformance Reports (NCR)
- Assist the Supply Chain in finding alternative components
- Resolve external customer issues
- Coordinate and implement changes in the Bill of Materials
- Evaluate project risks
- Assign and prioritize tasks within the project
- Provide technical expertise
- Prepare and present progress reports
Requirements:
- Electrical education or similar background
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in leading changes in Engineering Change Management
- Experience in Product Life Cycle Management
- Collaborative approach
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Project management experience
