- Support the shaping of new Epics and contribute to Capabilities, Features, and Stories within the SAFe framework
- Facilitate the understanding and impact assessment of architectural, functional, and non-functional requirements, bridging business and technology needs
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify and continuously review requirements, ensuring they are fully understood
- Drive a transparent process for tracking requirements, ensuring clear documentation and alignment across the development process
- Participate in defining the high-level solution architecture and roadmap, translating it into actionable tasks for execution
- Ensure solutions comply with standards, collaborating closely with Development Teams to deliver effective results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in systems and data analysis within the financial services sector
- Expertise with tools such as Net Reveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimize, Mantas, or similar platforms
- Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and communicating requirements (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
- Understanding of ETL, BI, Data Analytics, Data Modelling, BPMN, and UML
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to lead, train, and coach other project members
- Formal qualifications such as IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, or PMI/PBA are advantageous
