Distribution Controller Job location: Dębica / Tarnów
The opportunity: As a member of the Distribution Team, you will:
Support local business organization in line with supply chain logistic execution strategy. Implement and Execute of standardised strategies, processes and standards in markets, including with continuous improvement processes to support operational excellence in market distribution.
Manage on a daily basis the physical logistics process, including controlling and directing logistic service partners contracted in the market for distribution services, and in liaison with internal warehousing operations team for warehousing services.
Control of distribution in the markets in cooperation with WH teams and International transportation team. Follow up as directed daily issues in line with agreed standards, contracts and service level agreements.
Maintain of supplier relationships and control of the local logistic service providers and service companies through set of KPI and its regular reviews, with analysing and actions focused on performances in agreed service levels, contract compliance and CIS principles.
Support local business organization in daily discrepancy management, provide solutions and support so local business can be proactive in discrepancy reconciliation at customer level.
Contribute to the achievement of supply chain and logistics objectives at market level through active leadership and participation in the projects and initiatives executed in the market.
Be an operational representative of Supply Chain - Logistics Execution on the market, with a mission to collaborate with other business functions present in market and with regional logistics execution functions to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
To join our team you will need:
Min. 2 years of working experience in warehouse & transportation or in other operations function (overall Supply chain knowledge and Procurement experience is recommended).
Bechelor degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering.
Supply Chain execution knowledge and strong business orientation.
Fluency in English.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Analytical skills and ability to work with international/multicultural team.
Discipline in process execution.
PC literacy (ex. Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
