Job Description
As a Distribution, Demand and Supply Planning Specialist you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, replenishment orders, and delivery capabilities in your assigned regions. Your key tasks include:
- Inventory Planning: Strategically plan inventory levels to meet demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with assigned customers to discuss sales forecasts and market trends.
- Interface Management: Serve as a bridge between logistics and sales/marketing teams, ensuring timely communication of planning-related information.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing for assigned customers and address their logistical inquiries.
Qualifications
To distinguish yourself in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or higher with logistics background.
- Experience in distribution or a comparable logistical role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proactivity, dynamism, responsibility
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English proficiency, and knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools
