The Opportunity
You mission related to the management of identities of the whole external contingent workforce, working for Worldline. Indeed, each and every external contingent worker requires a Worldline identity to be able to complete their respective missions, as this identity also bears access authorizations and network accesses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operationally support external contingency (onboarding, identities, accesses, processes..)
- Manage the strategic workforce planning and capacity, along with the global people equation.
- Drive transversal projects and deploy transversal processes and adequate tooling, aiming at company-wide efficiency and optimization.
