Strong knowledge of content best practices, including SEO, user experience, and accessibility

Hi! We’re looking for Content Specialist to join our Spyrosoft team As a Content Strategist, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall content governance and strategy for our partner’s website as well as making data-driven decisions about content solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and effectively engages the target audience.
Duties
Content Governance and Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our partner’s website ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Establish and maintain content governance processes
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in that aligns with overall brand messaging
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement content structure in the CMS
Content Improvement and Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze content performance metrics
Support lifecycle management of website content, from strategy to analysis
Headless CMS Management:
Utilize your expertise in headless CMS platforms to manage and optimize content workflows, processes, and improve reuse across digital channels
Audit CMS to make sure best practices are being followed
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CMS platform
