Commercial Content Analyst (f/m/x)

As Content Analyst you will be responsible for improving automation and efficiency in the organization and sourcing channels service in Ariba Supplier Network. This role will ensure that the efficiency coming out of Ariba implementation will be maximized thank to catalogs creation and integration with suppliers’ systems.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Providing support and recommendation regarding Buying channels by Vendor, category, segment, and site for Mars stakeholders.
  
• Implementing of Mars SAP Ariba integration with various vendors' systems.
  
• Taking care of system catalogs and contracts.
  
• CIP testing & FE cooperation.
  
• Project supporting for Content and knowledge sharing.
  
• Ariba Guided Buying and forms Maintenance.
  
• Preferred suppliers setting up in Ariba.
  
• Payment Terms maintaining in Contract Terms.
  
• Ariba advance reporting.
  
• Procedures maintaining.
  

What are we looking for?

• 2 years + of business experience.
  
• Project or Business Management or IT background.
  
• SAP experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven experience leading and identifying process improvements.
  
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
