As a Business Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will play a key role by actively collaborating with our clients to prepare them for the future. You will not only be an architect of change, leading organizations through innovative transformation, new ways of working and technologies, but also establish an inspiring learning culture. What will you do?
In your work, you will combine proven elements and innovative methods from agile transformation, psychology, and change management to design customized solutions for change projects. You will combine our human-centred approach with data and insights. You will use your knowledge of psychological safety in change projects to enable our clients to foster more safe work environments and achieve solid, long-term success. Through your commitment, you will enable our clients to have the necessary strategies and methods to establish the changes successfully and sustainably.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

- Completed university studies in e.g., business psychology, sociology, business management, economics, or similar, preferably with a Master's degree.
- Preferably, 3+ years of coaching / consulting experience in the field of change management and / or agile transformation (incl. agile ways of working, like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Knowledge of overarching topics such as psychological safety, conflict management, data-driven methods, behavioural experimentation.
- Strong customer focus and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- High level of energy, commitment, proactive way of working, as well as courageous creativity, pronounced thirst for knowledge, and a solutions-oriented drive.
- Fluency in business English and willingness to travel. Speaking German would be a strong asset.
