Your role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for developers
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization
- Exhibit strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about Generative AI and its applications
- Research the latest Gen-AI trends, tools, and technologies
- Identify opportunities to integrate Gen-AI capabilities into Conversational AI products
- Participate in relevant training programs, workshops, and conferences.
- Share insights and knowledge with the broader team to foster a culture of continuous learning
Your skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication both in Polish and English
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and technologies, and cloud-based platforms
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis tools and techniques
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work with international teams and adapt to different time zones
