Tower Marketing is looking for an Administrative Assistant with an energetic and professional demeanor to assist our management team with various tasks and projects. This person must have a positive outlook, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Position Location
Part Time; With opportunity to progress to Full Time fully in office role.

Perform administrative and office support tasks for the team.
Support management with project start up processes, on-going monitoring of project phasing, client on-boarding processes, and workload capacity management.
Assist with research and administrative tasks for client projects, as needed.
Assist Operations team with billing matters, as needed.
Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls, as well as check voice messages regularly.
Prepare and tear down meeting rooms as well as welcoming guests for meetings.
Maintain inventory and office supplies, submitting to the Operations team for approval.
Be responsible for professional appearance and cleanliness of the office.
Collect incoming mail and packages, and distribute appropriately.
Manage relationships with vendors for office maintenance and upkeep.
Assist Operations team with Monthly Team Meeting documentation and presentation.
Support the coordination of company wide events as well as collaborating with company committee leaders for budget assistance and smaller event planning.
Run occasional errands and perform other tasks as needed by the management team.
Required Software Knowledge / Online Tool Must-Haves
Experience working with Google Drive and Mac computers.
Proficient in Google Suite and Apple equivalent.
Familiarity with Active Collab or similar project management software.
Experience with Quick Books Online and basic accounting language.

Education, Certifications, And Qualifications
