Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Travel and Tour Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other related services. You will ensure a seamless travel experience while offering personalized service and expert advice on destinations and travel products.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably as a travel agent, tour operator, or consultant.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use travel booking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen travel issues calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs.
• Arrange flights, hotels, tours, and transport for clients using travel booking systems.
• Plan detailed travel schedules, including sightseeing, activities, and transportation.
• Answer questions, solve travel-related problems, and assist clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Recommend special packages, upgrades, and other travel services.
• Make sure all travel documents like passports, visas, and tickets are correct.
• Keep up with travel trends, new destinations, and travel safety information.
• Provide detailed quotes and invoices. Process payments and manage financial transactions related to bookings.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, local tour operators, and other travel-related suppliers. Negotiate rates to provide clients with the best possible deals.
• Ensure all travel plans adhere to travel laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.

Schedule:

• 8 hours per day
• Monday-Saturday
