- BFSI experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Facilitation and Presentation Skills and has the ability to assess and provide feedback
- Can multi-task and can adapt and change to various roles and responsibilities
- College Degree
- 1 Year Call center Experience./ Outbound and Inbound experience preferred.
- 6 months previous customer service experience and strong BFSI experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standards.
- Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
