Technical Skills: - 2 to 5 years of experience with documentation tools (e.g., Mad Cap Flare, Adobe Frame Maker, MS Word). -2 to 5 years of experience with programming languages, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). - 2 to 5 years of experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (e.g., Git). -2 to 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies -2 to 5 years of experience in a specific domain such as IT Service Management, Distributed Computing, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise software, IT Asset Management principles -Knowledge of UX/UI principles Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
