Job Description:
The Tax Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of tax-related processes, including the review and application of tax flags, reconciliation support, and audit data preparation. The role involves working closely with product data, financial records, and compliance regulations to ensure the organization’s tax obligations are properly managed and adhered to.
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or taxation.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Experience with tax reconciliation and audits is a plus.
