QUALIFICATION: - Graduate of BS Nursing or any medical related course - graduate of BS Nursing, RN, Rad Tech, Med Tech - With 1-2 years of experience as Sales Manager/Key Accounts Manager promoting medical laboratory equipment to Government and Private Hospital. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation and leadership skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement business and development plans that specify strategies and work plans for creating new business opportunities - Analyzes business needs and determines new opportunities in new and existing variance client. - Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. - Forecasts short and long term market potential and provides strategic suggestions based on the need and the demands of the Variance clientele - Gather data and information on hospital beds capacity, competitors, existing products, key opinion leaders and hospital needs and requirements - Implement strategies for new products and services including target revenue streams - Come up with monthly program that will promote the product of portfolio of Variance - Study different marketing trends in different hospital base on the current trend activities in the local and foreign scale and makes recommendations based on these observations - Generates new leads by building networks proactively hunt for target principals, organizations and business that can benefit from partnerships - Creates program that will introduce new sub-dealers to assist in the selling of Variance product portfolio - Oversees the business activities of our valued sub dealers to monitor their sales and activities - Create and implement new business models that create new ventures - Prepares and presents business proposals to potential customers and negotiates and reviews them Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits:
