Station Supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE/CONTEXT
The Station Supervisor is responsible for both sales and operations. They are required to monitor and increase targets and will be responsible for supervising the daily branch operations. This role is accountable for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations from opening to closing shift.
  • Performs the day-to-day branch cash flow such as liquidation, bank deposits, reimbursement and cash advances procedures according to the company policy.
  • Managing daily routes, job responsibilities and schedule of employees to achieve daily sales.
  • Conducts process improvement initiatives & implements / spearhead projects geared towards increasing station’s productivity.
  • Cascades and implements information based on the direction and instruction from the Management through the HR Head.
  • Review and process purchase requests based on current inventory and allocation of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintains the quality standard of the station following the company’s Standard Operationg Procedure (SOP).
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Willing to be assigned in Caltex Pangpang Sorsogon
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years related experience required or experience
  • Requires experience managing people.
  • Computer and database application skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,270.00 - Php13,270.00 per month
