Site Acquisition Specialist (Eastern Visayas Area, Gasoline Stations, 25-35k)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential gasoline station sites.
2. Conducts market study of all potential sites.
3. Conducts initial site assessment for both station sales potential and property ownership of the identified station.
4. Secures / validates all pre-acquisition related documents.
5. Secures all pre-construction, post construction and operating related permits / requirements.
6. If needed to attend all local and national hearing/ session in relation to the issuance of the required permit / requirements.
7. Completes the site folder checklist for endorsement and approval.
8. Secures the tax declaration of all station improvements.
9. Coordinates with engineering dept. for the preparation of building plans and all of the requirements in accordance to LGU instructions / guidelines.
10. Attends / assists stations with notice of violations and other permit concerns.
11. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Must be a graduate of Engineering course or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in site scouting, negotiations and processing of permits.
- Knows how to drive and with driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
- Okay to do fieldworks and handle to areas of Easter Visayas
- Can start ASAP.
- Ensures that all new sites acquired is compliant to company standards.
- Ensures that targets for new sites and conversion sites are attained.
- Ensures accurate completion of all pre-requisite documents in securing necessary permits and licenses.
