• First point of contact of customers calling the Customer Relations line of PETCO.

• Must provide exellent customer satisfaction to each and every interaction with the customers.

• Should be responsible in closing the cases that they have handled unless otherwise escalated.

• Should be able top perform the tasks given based on the KRA of the program.

Proficient in MS Excel,MS Power Point and MS Word
Excellent research skills with proficiency in the usage of ‘search’ function
Computer keyboarding skills of 35 words per minute with an accuracy of 90%
Composition – Ability to compose grammatically precise, concise & apt sentences
Verbal skills – Articulate, clear and friendly tone with a neutral accent.
Steady speech rate that is adaptive to the customer’s pace.
Good understanding of phone etiquettes. Not interrupting, abstaining from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc. Ability to establish call control
Maintain Handle time
Provide good CSAT scores
Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets and process owners
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Team player
Should be able to perform the basic function of Customer Relations Associates including e-mails.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php54,000.00 per month
