Job description Job Purpose The Customer Experience Solutions Delivery Lead is responsible for driving ideas and solutions, and for implementing these, with the main goal of addressing customer pain points and pushing customers to digital channels. He/she will manage the portfolio of products, channels, and solutions assigned to him/her, acting as a business owner in the portfolio assigned. He/she works with the team and stakeholders in designing a strategic roadmap for the portfolio. To do this, he/she will be working very closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team for feedback and insights, IT, Legal, Regulatory, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Product, Channel, and Solutions Management: Using customer and market insights and leveraging on the ideal digital customer journey, designs and executes a strategic roadmap for his/her product or channel portfolio together with stakeholders and his/her management chain.
Project Management: Performing all needed activities to execute and deliver a product or solution, from planning, implementation, through launch/delivery. This includes the development of the project plan and the product backlog.
Leadership and Partner Management: Working collaboratively with the project/scrum team, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners to ensure quality and excellence in the seamless execution of the projects and activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Computer, or Management Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any 4-year related courses
At least 3 years’ experience in project management, performing functions from ideation, initiation until project closing; with exposure to portfolio, product, and/or channel management
Practiced Agile and have undergone Design Thinking workshops
Handled projects related to enterprise systems, mobile or web apps, or platforms
Can execute a goal or project independently, while collaboratively working with cross-functional groups, and managing project teams and stakeholders
