Content Creation: Design, write, and produce engaging and high-quality content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.
Campaign Management: Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns, including paid ad strategies.
Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and monitor conversations around the brand.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze data, and provide insights and actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and posts maintain brand voice, style, and values.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms or tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive content and strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
Experience in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a good understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations.
