Job Description
The Shift Manager is responsible in overseeing the Restaurant Team Members in terms of their assigned schedule and tasks delegation. This position also assists in dealing with guest complaints and inquiries, managing cash, maintaining cleanliness as well as maintenance and repairs inside the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Train, mentor, and schedule staff to optimize team performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining financial records.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and encourage professional development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is a plus!

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
