Service Delivery Manager
ESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that the network capacity can meet the business needs and that it is secure.
2. Pilot the implementation, administration,/management of the corporate network (including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN) and communication solutions (VOIP, TOIP)
3. Supervise and coordinate team of network administrators in Globally partnering with the COE, balancing existing resources in the zone with additional ones.
4. Build and update the Network and Communication catalog of services (technology, services) with the relevant SLA and pricing to meet the zone expectation
5. Be pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of this network
6. Act as a point of contact for, among other things, ordering new network links, decommissioning existing ones, verifying billings through a rigorous management and follow up including monthly reports to the management
7. Assure operability of the solutions
8. Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs for the network admins and other departments
9. Manage the budget and participate to the financial management of the ISS Asia department and seek for cost optimization
10. Participate to vendor and contract management activities
11. Provide dashboards and key metrics to monitor and track activity
12. Report on activity and project progress to management
TECHNICAL ABILITIES:
1. Strong experience with WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN (MPLS, IPSEC…) management and troubleshooting.
2. Network hardware ( CISCO,HP,H3C)
3. Protocols BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, IPsec...
4. Qo S mechanisms
5. Security Administration with Palo Alto networks, PIX/ASA, RADIUS, TACACS.
6. WAN Compression and Optimization appliances Riverbed
7. Knowledge of Cisco network products is mandatory - CCNP Cisco mandatory
8. VOIP and TOIP knowledge
9. Infoblox, SDWAN, Cloud network – F5, Azure FWs
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
1. Master’s degree (Bac + 5).
2. 10 years of experience in network IT including 3 years of experience in team supervision
3. Strong organizational, analytical, decision making skills and Project management skills
4. Good project management skills
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
6. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
7. Ability to Understand the business constraints
8. Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
9. Self motivated, eager to learn and grow in the IT profession
10. Team player, must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php115,000.00 per month
