Service Advisor
JOB SUMMARY
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing the branch’s service operations by overseeing and completing the service procedures, documentation (FSC, WRC and Defective Parts), productivity, customer concerns, and performing 7S and other functions deemed necessary by the Management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business course or any related field
- Over 2 years of relevant work experience as a service advisor or a position of the same level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Filipino languages (or local dialect)
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledgeable on management systems and programs
- With good moral character
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills for giving/receiving information and interacting with clients/employees
Job Type: Full-time
