Sales Support Staff

Pag-asa Steel Works seeks a Sales Support Staff who will be responsible for operating the telephone switchboard; taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate departments, providing general customer service and performing clerical tasks in Sales.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Preferred candidates will exhibit the following:

Ability to commute/relocate:
Pag-asa Steel Works seeks a Sales Support Staff who will be responsible for operating the telephone switchboard; taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate departments, providing general customer service and performing clerical tasks in Sales.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Preferred candidates will exhibit the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least one (1) year work experience in telephone switchboard operations; office administrative and clerical works
- Effective communication skills and a clear speaking voice
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Excellent customer service skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP and reporting software a plus
