Responsibilities
Register costings into the system (auto rating/costing)
Enter/update new rates (lines) - client/supplier upon registration of supplier invoices, check and approve buy rates with supplier invoice
Confirm supplier invoices once posted based on the buy rates/quotation/costings
Match up / check the AR invoice posted in comparison to the quotation/client rate
Coordinate with supplier and client for rate validity
Send discrepancies to relevant contacts in the office
Detention processing
Requirements
At least 2-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or
Shipping industry is a requirement
Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Must have excellent communication and typing skills
With advanced knowledge in MS Office
Willing to work in Ortigas area
Can start ASAP
