A Sales Support reports to the Area Sales Manager and to the National Sales Manager.
As a Sales Support you will be tasked to effectively promote product portfolio and to be able to manage the accounts by handling and coordination of different concerns.
As a Sales Support you will be responsible in securing the account receivable per collection in a timely manner.
A Sales Support is also expected to established sound business relationship especially to the key customers.
As part of the job of a Sales Support, you will be tasked to do clerical works such as remittance, approval, doing expense report, writing itineraries, and bookings.
As a Sales Support you will be tasked to assist in deliveries and pick up of documents such as PO, contracts, etc.
As a Sales Support you will also be assigned to do the bidding preparations and to handle other special instructions from management.
Qualification:
Graduate of any four (4) year business course or medical related course.
Must have a proven experience in sales specifically in diagnostic product such as reagents, consumables, and equipment.
Must possessed a quality of being driven, confident, outgoing, structured, relational, focused, and charismatic.
Well mannered, has the willingness to learn, and to grow within the company.
Must be computer literate or being knowledgeable on how to use MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Must have the willingness to travel to different areas nationwide and to be receptive to changes.
