Job Description:
1. Conduct comprehensive route rides to review and validate the completeness and accuracy of sales documents, ensuring compliance with established sales processes.
2. Interact professionally with store/outlet staff to collect and verify sales documentation, including but not limited to sales invoices, delivery receipts, return slips, and other relevant records.
3. Perform spot checks, including inventory audits and cash counts, to verify that the physical products in the delivery truck accurately correspond with the accompanying documentation and system records, ensuring inventory integrity and preventing discrepancies.
4. Execute thorough compliance audits to identify potential fraudulent practices, errors, and instances of non-compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Meticulously document findings and prepare detailed daily reports summarizing route ride activities, and observations.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
3. Be available to work flexible hours and with desire and commitment to travel to various locations to validate shortages and retrieve documents as needed.
4. Must know how to drive at least 2 wheel vehicle
Educational Attainment:
Candidate must possess at least High School Graduate or College level, any business or vocational course
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
