Sales Supervisor
Sales Performance:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including revenue, profit & loss, and average transaction values.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure that retail hub personnel are actively engaging with customers to drive sales.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
- Implement inventory control measures to increase high accuracy.
Loss Prevention:
- Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures to eliminate theft and losses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and security checks minimum 2 hubs per week.
Sales Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to retail personnel.
- Keep the team informed about new products initiatives, promotions, and sales techniques.
People Management:
- Train and develop the team assigned.
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting retail operations.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure that the store's layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create attractive product displays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
