Sales Supervisor
- Acts as the link between top management and his/her assigned sales team.
- Ensures visibility and presence of the company and its products in the assigned region.
- Leads assigned sales team by directing and monitoring of members in achieving over-all corporate objectives and achievement of annual sales budget.
- Assists the REGIONAL MANAGER in reviewing, revising, leading to recommendation and implementation of sales strategies/plans suited for the assigned territory or business segment to achieve sales goals and maximum business potential for the branch.
- Leads the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company in their assigned territories.
- Leads the sales team in providing professional and excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers.
- Provides timely feedback to REGIONAL MANAGER, monitors sales calls, sales performances of Sales Executives (SE) related to their sales activities.
- Trains and continuously coaches Sales Executives (SE) on product knowledge, selling skills, and proper handling of customer concerns.
- Assesses and evaluates Sales Executives (SE) on their sales performance, job and product knowledge as well as their other skills relevant to the job on a regular basis.
- Identifies, creates, and recommends individual development plans for Sales Executives (SE).
- Ensures Sales Executives (SE) compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures (i.e. reporting system; schedules; proper management of company resources).
- Motivates and guides Sales Executives (SE) towards achievement of their sales targets and sales goals.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by REGIONAL MANAGER and other superiors.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
