The Sales Staff is responsible for lead generation and prospecting, sales and revenue growth, customer relationship management and reporting of target achievement on-time. The Sales Staff will also be responsible for underlying new business opportunities and achieving sales target.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identifies, connects and visit potential customers to generate sales leads.
• Develops and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
• Convert leads into sales for additional clients.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth

• Presents, promotes and sells LCL services to existing and potential customers
• Meets or exceeds sales targets within schedule.
• Achieves new customers per month.
• Generates sales revenue from new client.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintains high customer retention rate.
• Resolves customer issues and concerns immediately for customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting and Documentation

• Submits all required accurate reports on-time every 5th of the month of the following month.
• Prepares and enrolls signed MA for documentation accurately.

Job Qualification:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Proven experience in Sales, preferably in shipping, logistics or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel to client's locations and industry events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Preferably with motorcycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
