Job Purpose:
The Sales Staff is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sales performance, customer service, product handling, inventory management, cash handling, and overall store operations to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the retail environment.
Job Summary:
This role encompasses driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, diligent management of inventory, accurate financial transactions, adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The Store Personnel is expected to uphold a professional demeanor, foster a positive shopping experience, and contribute positively to the store success.
Job Qualifications:
A. Education and Training
1. High school graduate and at least College level
B. Experience and Knowledge
1. At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
2. Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
C. Competencies
1. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in inventory and financial records.
2. Integrity: Uphold ethical standards and company policies.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent service and effectively resolve customer issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php430.00 - Php468.00 per day
