• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• Handle returns of merchandise

• Comply with inventory control procedures

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year course (electrical-related course)

• Extremely hardworking, fast-learner, result-oriented, keen to details and excellent PR
• Should have at least 1-year working experience of the same capacity and can work under pressure
• Knowledge of electrical, lightings and electronic essentials is an advantage
