We are seeking a talented and motivated In-House Real Estate Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. As an in-house sales officer, you will play a vital role in driving our real estate sales and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:

• Listing Presentations: Effectively present properties to potential sellers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Showings: Accompany buyers on property viewings, providing expert knowledge and addressing their questions.
• Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
• Closings: Oversee the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction.

Qualifications

• With at least 8 years proven sales track record in RE (AS ORGANIC EMPLOYEE)
• Experience in recruiting and managing internal sales
• With experience in data collection, and data reports and analysis
• Strong management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
