JOB SPECIFICATIONS - College Graduate of Business Course or equivalent - Managerial - Logistics - 3 to 5 years JOB SUMMARY The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for Inland Corporation by generating new sales from new clients and expansion from existing accounts. The Sales Manager is expected to hit 100 % of his target quota as defined in sales contract. DUTIES AND RESBONSIBLITIES ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF ANNUAL REVENUE FORECAST
Lead in the development of sales lead for Mindanao and conversion of sales into new accounts for INLAND
Regularly visits potential clients and manage business relationships to existing accounts
Understand sales cycle from receipt of RFQ and Tenders up submission of quotation
Ensure timely submission of pricing and quotation to clients
Provide feedback on pricing to Top Management and update on market demands and direction
Ensure profitability on bids submitted
Lead in the management of sales activities and business development efforts by participating in relevant events for sales activities such as trade shows, seminars and other marketing opportunities
Act as customer champion for understanding tailor fit logistics requirements and providing SOP to operations
Provide timely sales reports to top management
Perform other task as maybe assigned by COO for Sales
