Sales Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, including direct sales and sales management roles.
- Experience in leading a sales team within the same industry or a related sector is an advantage
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and developing sales staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office operations
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
