We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Maintain an updated customer database and keep track of all sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively position offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred.
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
