Sales Customer Service Representative

URGENTLY HIRING: Sales Customer Service Representative/Agent (Managerial Experience is a Plus)
Salary: $600-$750/month
(SALES AND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
WHO: TEAMFICIENT We are Teamficient, a flexible team of highly experienced professionals that facilitate access to practical solutions specific to the business of our clients, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Customer Service Representative to work under one of our clients.
WHAT: Work From Home (WFH)
Schedule: ranges from 8AM – 8PM CST (1hr break) (office schedule might change every week)Working
Hours: 9 hours a day Day Off: TBD (2 days in a week)
Job Type: Long Term - Full Time Only
(Part-Timers are not encouraged)
Job Summary
Informed by our Company’s nature of business, our Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative must have demonstrated experience as a sales representative of at least 2 years. He/she will be held responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and resolving issues by offering solutions, explanations and options in regards to different situations.
Our Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative works directly with clients and staff members delivering outstanding support in each one of the aforementioned areas. He/she will be in charge of handling inbound and outbound calls. Communication via email, online chat sources and video conferencing is a must have skill.
General Accountabilities
  • Provides customers' information about products or services, receives and/or enters appointments, cancels accounts and obtains details of complaints.
  • Ensures full Customer Satisfaction and maintains a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the sales and customer service areas.
  • Maintains close contact with customers to give updates on progress towards the resolution of issues or service requests/tickets.
  • Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation and assistance .
  • Processes applications, release forms, cancellations, schedule and account adjustments, changes, requests, manages invoices with correct fees and other department related paperwork.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable and trustworthy relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet established sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Correct processing of customer accounts and document storage
  • Follow the Company’s internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Always go that extra mile to maintain customers’ engagement
Job Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative assistance
  • Tech Savvy
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
