Job Summary:
The Sales Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within a designated cluster. This role includes managing store sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, reporting, and handling recruitment and staffing needs. The Sales Area Supervisor will directly report to the Area Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, conduct staff training, and ensure stores meet company standards and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management
-Lead and manage sales teams across multiple stores within the assigned cluster to achieve sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Implement sales strategies and promotional activities
2. Store Management:
-Collaborate with the HR department to identify staffing needs for stores within the cluster.
-Can assist HR recruitment to source, interview, and select qualified candidates for sales positions, ensuring the right talent is placed in each store.
3. Team Leadership:
-Supervise, coach, and mentor store managers and sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans
4. Customer Service:
- Ensure all stores within the cluster deliver exceptional customer service in line with the brands standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
5. Store Operations:
-Oversee daily operations across the cluster to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Conduct regular store visits to ensure stores are well-maintained, fully stocked, and merchandises according to company guidelines.
6.Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Area Sales Manager
-Attend sales meetings
7. Training and Development:
- Promote and implement continuous learning guidelines from HO to store operations
8. Visual Display
- Train store staff on effective visual display techniques to enhance product presentation.
- Regular assess and maintain displays to ensure they are fresh and engaing.
- Work with Visual Merchandising and design tea, to align visual displays.
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
-Experience in multi-store management is highly desirable.
-Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Willingness to travel between store locations within the assigned cluster as required. -Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours if necessary. -Areas of responsibility (Landco Legaspi, Ayala Legaspi, Robinsons Naga and SM Sorsogon) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
