Records Officer
Qualifications:
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- BS in Business Administration, Certificate in Records and Information Management or any related course.
- With skills in office administration, time management and handling administrative tasks and confidential information
- Will be helping our facility document and record assistants in handling the FOM records list particularly in sorting, scanning and filing of records both electronic copies and in the library folder cabinets
- Will be expected to work with other site DRAs to establish the daily updating of records and its maintenance
- Updated records lists and layouts in site libraries
- Records are scanned and filed accordingly in the racks
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
